Clean lines, bold graphic patterns, minimal ornamentation. Featured in HGTV magazine, this brownstone renovation is all about understated design with intention. And of course, all things green green green!

Home to the owners of a local BK coffee shop chain and their two children, this family was vocal from the get-go about their love of all-green everything. We embraced the dark side of the color wheel in the den, using the dramatic backdrop of Clare’s Current Mood against a smattering of bright patterns and the pièce de résistance gallery wall. In the kitchen we keep things light and bright, the custom modern shaker cabinets donned in Farrow & Ball’s inviting neutral Mizzle. And why stick to a single green in the primary bedroom when it wears its gradient wallcovering by Calico so well?

Rather than overwhelm the cozy, mellow vibe of the residence with decadent styling, we opted to use simple materials in unique ways for a more beautiful, personal—and green—end result.
